Would you like to return one or more items? No problem.

You can carry out your return or exchange step by step via our returns portal.

How it works

1. Select country / currency

   Please select the country in which you received and paid for your order:

   If you paid in a currency other than Swiss francs (CHF), please select Germany / International.
   If you paid in Swiss francs (CHF), please select Switzerland.

   Important: Returns can only be sent back from the country to which your order was delivered.

   If you select an incorrect currency, the parcel cannot be accepted or processed by DHL.

   As soon as you have selected your country, the appropriate returns portal will open automatically.

2. Enter order data

   Enter your order number and the e-mail address you used when ordering.

3. Select article

   Select the products you wish to return or exchange.

4. Select option

   Decide whether you want an exchange, a refund or a store credit.

5. Receive return label

   You will receive your shipping label by e-mail.

   Print it out and stick it on the parcel - or scan the QR code at the DHL branch.

6. Hand in parcel

   Hand in your parcel at a DHL branch and keep the return receipt in a safe place.
