To find your waist, tilt your upper body to the side. A fold will appear, usually just above your belly button - this is your waist.
2. Measure your waist circumference
Stand upright, lift one leg and feel the bone near the full part of your hip. The tape measure should be above your bottom. Do not measure the waist circumference.
