Conditions of participation

Terms and conditions of the "2× Bad Bunny concert tickets" competition

1. organizer

The organizer of the competition is Multiecom GmbH, trading under the brand name creamy fabrics, Am Seestern 18, 40547 Düsseldorf (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

2nd prize

Among all eligible participants, the organizer

will raffle off 2× concert tickets for Bad Bunny on Saturday, 20 June 2026, at 20:00 in Düsseldorf (seats subject to availability; travel, accommodation and other costs are not included in the prize).

3. participation requirements

• Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany/Austria/Switzerland/France/Netherlands are eligible to participate.
  
  
• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  
  
• Participation is automatic with a purchase worth at least €100 in a single order process during the promotion period on the creamyfabrics.com website (see point 4).
  
  
• For each eligible purchase (from €100), the person concerned will be entered into the competition once.
  
  

4. promotion and participation period

The competition runs from November 22, 2025 up to and including November 30, 2025.

Only purchases that have been completed in full (order received and paid for and not returned) during this period will be considered for the competition.

5. procedure of the raffle & notification of winnings

• The winner will be selected by drawing lots from all eligible participants within 30 days of the end of the entry period.
  
  
• The winner will be notified by e-mail or via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  
  
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the prize notification being sent, the organizer reserves the right to draw the prize again.
  
  

6. transmission of the prize

• Concert tickets are sent either by post or electronically (e.g. by e-mail/ticket app), depending on the type (hard tickets/e-tickets).
  
  
• Any additional costs (travel, meals, accommodation, etc.) are to be borne by the winner.
  
  

7. changes to the event

• The organizer of this competition accepts no liability for changes to the program, postponement or cancellation of the concert by the organizer of the event or by third parties.
  
  
• In these cases, there is no entitlement to replacement or exchange of the prize; cash compensation is excluded.
  
  

8. exclusion from the competition

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if there is a breach of these conditions of participation, in particular in the case of

• false information,
  
  
• Attempts at manipulation or
  
  
• other unfair behavior.
  
  

9. data protection

10. liability

• The organizer is only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations as well as for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer or its vicarious agents.
  
  
• Liability is otherwise excluded.
  
  

11. no connection to Bad Bunny

This competition is in no way connected to Bad Bunny, its management, label or other partners and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The organizer named in point 1 is solely responsible for the competition.

12. other

• A cash payment, change or transfer of the prize is excluded.
  
  
• Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation of the prize draw and the decision on the winner.
  
  
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
  
  

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
